We start all our clients with an initial assessment so we understand your strengths (and weaknesses), requirements, and likes. Plus the space and equipment we have to work in - no space is too small.
Cross Training
Training for a tough race or competition? Cynergy will create a cross training regime specifically developed to reduce the chance of injury and help you achieve your goals.
Equipment Provided
No exercise equipment? No problem! We will provide any equipment required for our training plans including stability balls, kettle bells, resistance bands, dumb bells and more!
Running and Cycling Coaching
At Cynergy we are experienced in coaching you to improve your endurance enabling you to achieve your running and cycling goals.
Rehabilitation
If you are suffering from an injury or illness we will work with you - and work closely with physical therapists - to ensure you feel as good as you can, as soon as you can.
One-to-One Programmes
We create one-to-one programmes, personalised for you, including boxing, core strength, balance work, strength training, cardio - whatever movement makes you happy.
